Hi! I'm Michelle

I am a Senior User Experience Designer at Guidehouse. I bridge the gap between user and business insights and experience design. I am a collaborative, resourceful, and curious designer with a love of learning and solving complex problems. I enjoy studying how people interact with products and services in an effort to improve them. I have always had an affinity for science and enjoy the ways that I can exercise that passion in my career, by testing hypotheses on users. I love how UX Design unites art, science, and technology--three fields I am very enthusiastic about. I have a Master of Science in Interaction Design and Information Architecture from the University of Baltimore. I graduated with distinction and am a member of the Honor Society.

I wear many hats and thrive on the challenge that each role presents me. I have led and supported high-profile projects for the General Services Administration (GSA) Fleet and the National Institutes of Health (NIH)/National Cancer Institute (NCI) as an Information Architect, Content Strategist, Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Front-end Developer, in addition to my design role. The knowledge I've gained in each of these roles makes me a better designer which is where my passion truly lies.

In my spare time, I coach youth soccer and play co-ed recreationally.

Check out my work and email me to continue the conversation!
